Credits and Exchanges:

We want you to be delighted with our purchase from Goldstein's.  With your receipt, we will exchange any item purchased from our stock for a period of sixty days, or we will offer a refund for 15 days from purchase to the original purchaser.  Any item(s) returned must be unused and unworn, in original condition and, where applicable, in the original gift box with any warrantee cards or instruction books intact.  

Special Orders:

We regret that special orders are not returnable and no refunds or exchanges can be made.  A special order is any item ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer's request.

Layaway Policy:

Layaway payments are required every 30 days.  Items placed on layaway will be held for a period of 90 days from the date of the first payment.  If full payment is not made by the end of this period, the item(s) may be returned to stock.  The original deposit and subsequent payments will not be refunded but can be used toward the purchase of other in-stock merchandise.

Insurance Estimates:

Insurance replacement certificates will be issued at no charge at the customer's request for any item purchased at Goldstein's.  The sales receipt is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance needs, depending on the insurance company (consult your insurance agent).


Gemstone Enhancement:

The vast majority of color gemstones and pearls are traditionally enhanced or treated to make them more beautiful.  Since this is a very common practice in the jewelry industry, we will let you know if a particular stone is completely natural.  The color gemstones sold by Goldstein's came out of the ground at some point.  We do not sell lab created stones unless special ordered at a customer's request.
